My week at MacWorld 2008 has been really amazing: meeting with customers, talking about Office 2008 for Mac, seeing all the other great Mac software and products, and of course, Devo (see here - I'm on the far right in the shuttle that took us to the event).
At the Microsoft booth at the Moscone, we have individual stations for showing off and answering Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Entourage, Messenger, Expression Media, and general Office questions, doing demos, or to just talk with customers about anything on their mind. I'm working Excel duty, on the front line opposite the doors to the convention floor, right by Adobe, XtremeMac, lynda.com, and of course just feet from Apple.
Beyond the Excel and Word stations you'll find our theater area where we're showing something for everyone, with presentations going on all day every day of the convention. MacBU team members and partners and sharing their expertise to help beginners and power users rock and roll with Office 2008 for Mac.

Entourage feature?
Hi,
I'm not sure where to post this, but I have a question about an Entourage feature. In Outlook, I have the ability to drag an email onto the calendar in the to do bar (or the calendar icon at the bottom of the page) to create a new appointment. This is extremely useful since I get a lot of emails asking "Hey, want to go to dinner on such-and-such date?" or "There's a presentation at 3pm on Friday if you're interested" -- and most people I know don't use meeting requests (or don't have Outlook/Entourage) for these things.
I've tried dragging and dropping my emails in a variety of ways, but none of them seem to work. I know how to make my email a task, but how do I make it an appointment? Is that feature at all available in Entourage '08? This is a deal-breaker feature for me, so I hope there's a way to do it!
