Mac Mojo: The Office for Mac Team Blog - Entourage EWS beta feedback so far

Last week, the Entourage team hit a big milestone: we made our very first widespread beta available to support Exchange Web Services. In this first week of our beta, we've had thousands of users sign up, and we're getting great feedback about it. (For more details about the beta, including the requirements for using it and how to sign up for it, read this post.)

I've been closely following the feedback that we've been getting about Entourage EWS. Not all of the feedback about EWS comes to us through the beta website. Twitter has been a great source of feedback. Check out these quotes:

Thank goodness for the Entourage EWS beta. I can finally connect to Exchange without the VPN.

It's official - Entourage for Web Services (EWS) beta has resolved all of my Entourage/Exchange sync issues - it's awesome!

For the record, Entourage for EWS rocks!

Dear MacBU - I am **absolutely** IN LOVE with the new EWS beta - where do I send the brownies I baked? Categories! Contact Photos! Love it!!

Entourage EWS is going to be the Barack Obama of Mac/Exchange mail clients : ) MS can I believe in Change?

The issues and suggestions that are being logged through the beta program are tremendously useful to us. Please keep on using the beta and keep your suggestions coming! We're keeping a close eye on all of the feedback, both through the beta website and other forums. Entourage EWS represents a lot of back-end work for us, and we're really excited about what we've delivered so far and about making it even better going forward.
