Especially, during the <a href="http://www.officeformac.com/blog/Mac-BU-Coming-to-a-City-Near-You">Enterprise Roadshow</a>, the IT Pros voted for these videos and thought they will be very useful for their end users.    Below are links to three videos that showcase the Mac Office features and provide little tips and tricks to help users perform specific tasks more efficiently.  (All videos require <a href="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/">QuickTime</a>.)   1. <a href="http://officeformac.com/movies/ExcelGreat8x6_withST.mov">Excel Great Features</a> (12MB; 7:05) This video shows how to: • Complete repetitive lists with AutoFill. • Copy and paste formatting between cells. • Use conditional formatting to spot important data. • Use named ranges to find and reference information quickly. • Check for errors by using the Error Checking tool. 2: <a href="http://officeformac.com/movies/WordGreat_noST.mov">Word Great Features</a> (18MB; 8:15) This video shows how to: • Create a new document by using a professionally designed template. • Visually enhance a document by using clip art and photos. • Add a cover sheet, table of contents, and other document elements. • Check a document to make sure that it's compatible with other versions of Office. • Take written notes and record audio notes in notebook layout view. 3. <a href="http://officeformac.com/movies/ErageRulesWithPhil8x6.mov">Creating rules in Entourage</a> (7MB; 4:45) This video shows how to create client-side rules in Entourage.   Currently, we want to generate awareness and find out what you think about the current format of these videos. That's why we are using this forum as a delivery mechanism for the first few.
