It is Apple Expo time again in Paris! Another year... And the Wow factor is there more than ever! Much has happened since last year when I was standing in front of a crowd eager to discover Office 2008 but could only show them a handful of features... Since then, Office 2008 has become the fastest selling Mac Office ever! Some of it could be due to Apple's success but another factor is simply that this is the best Office for Mac we have released (so far!!!)...

I can finally unleash the power of Office on the Expo! First 2 days are over and it has been a tremendous success for the team. Our stand is busy (our biggest presence ever and the biggest of the show floor!) and looking great!

It's not all about Office though... Office 2008 is in no doubt the highlight of the stand but we are showcasing a complete digital solution for Mac users. From entertainment to creativity to productivity.

You can learn how to connect Macs and PCs, share files across platform or even how to run Vista and Media Center on your Mac! You can discover, too, how easy it is to manage your digital assets with Microsoft Expression Media.

If that's all too much for you, you can rock the place on stage with Rockband or hop in the driving seat and race on Forza (with an incredible setup - 3 Xbox controlling 3 wide screens! Wish I could have a setup like this at home!)

Sorry to put this here, but I need to speak.

1. Why the hell do we need to register at macmojo if it's a Microsoft site? Why not use the Live ID? Makes no sense.

2. Please, please , give us a release date for Messenger with audio/video for personal use. I need to talk to with boss and clients over audio and video, and every time that happens I need to reboot and enter windows vista.

I'm this "" close to move to Vista just because of this.

Give us a hint, please.

And have a nice time in Paris. The night is awesome

When Are we going to see some coverage of MAC MESSENGER?

I will agree with you that Microsoft Office for mac is absolutly fantastic and without a shadow of a doubt it is the best (and most stable) version of office that has been released. BUT 2 things are lacking which i don't feel get enough coverage! MAC MESSENGER AND TWAIN SUPPORT!!! When are we going to sort out mac messenger and get A/V to the personal side? I know its like late 08 early 09 but a bit of a progress update would be nice, i hate being left in the dark! And why is there no twain support? i can't use my scanner now with microsoft office and have to rely on really crappy open-source software to use it! I think if these two things were to be improved (or even just a hint as to what's going on) then microsoft office for mac would be EVEN BETTER!
