Mac Mojo: The Office for Mac Team Blog - The MacBU lands in Denver for EDUCAUSE http://www.officeformac.com/ms/blog   More than 4,000 educators, students, and IT professionals in higher education from around the world are descending on the Mile-High City for this year’s <a href="http://www.educause.edu/E2009">EDUCAUSE conference</a> from Nov. 3rd through the 6th. This year, I am on hand for the MacBU, along with one of our <a href="http://student-partners.com/">Microsoft Student Partners</a> to showcase the latest and best features of Office 2008 for Mac, including: -   All-new SharePoint and <a href="http://workspace.officelive.com/">Office Live Workspace</a> support with <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/mac/itpros/dcc.mspx">Document Connection for the Mac</a>. -   The newly re-architected <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/mac/itpros/entourage-ews.mspx">Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition</a>, providing robust Exchange connectivity, syncing tasks, notes, and categories, and improved stability and performance. -   Industry-leading compatibility with Office for Windows, that lets you succeed in school and in the workplace without guessing, importing, or exporting file formats.   Both SharePoint and Exchange have been growing by leaps and bounds in the higher ed community as CIO’s and IT professionals have adopted Microsoft’s <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/liveatedu">Live@EDU</a> hosted Exchange and SharePoint collaboration services, and the Office for Mac team is excited to be a part of EDUCAUSE this year in support of those efforts, and our education customers.
