Ever since our family started working on personal accounts on our MacBook instead of from one account, word cannot open documents if the application hasn't already been launched. Instead "unexpectedly quits." Error message seems to have something to do with the library. Also, I get a new, consistent message upon closing word that there are "problems with database." I rebuilt the database. We did a complete reinstall and it's still happening. Any ideas?
